This policy explains what personal data Agenci SEVN collects when you visit agencisevn.com, contact us or message us on social media, how we use it, and the rights you have.
1. Who we are
Agenci SEVN ("Agenci SEVN", "we", "us") is a brand identity, web design and 3D design studio. It is operated as a sole proprietorship registered in Pakistan.
We are the controller of the personal data described in this policy. For any privacy question or request, email us at info@agencisevn.com.
2. What personal data we collect
We only collect what we need to respond to you and assess your project.
Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional) and the information you share about your business and project.
Email and Instagram messages: your name or handle, contact details and anything you choose to send us.
Discovery calls: notes we take during a call about your goals, timeline and budget.

Please don't send us sensitive information (for example health, financial account or government ID details). We don't need it to assess a design project.
3. How we use your data and why
We use your data to reply to your enquiry, arrange a call, decide together whether we can take on your project, and prepare a proposal or contract.
Replying to your enquiry and scheduling a discovery call. We use your contact details and project information. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with the service providers we need to run our business, and only for the purposes above.
Framer: hosts our website, processes contact form submissions and provides website analytics.
Google (Google Workspace): email, and storage of enquiries in Google Sheets.
Meta (Instagram): messages you send us through Instagram.
Video call providers (such as Google Meet or Zoom): discovery calls.
If a freelance collaborator works on your project, they only receive the information they need and are bound by confidentiality.
We may also disclose data to professional advisers (such as accountants or lawyers), or to authorities where the law requires it.
5. International transfers
We work with clients worldwide, so your data may be processed outside your country. That includes Pakistan, where we are registered, and the countries where our service providers operate, such as the United States and the European Union.
When we transfer data from the EU, UK or Switzerland to a country without an equivalent level of protection, we rely on:
the transfer being necessary to take the steps you asked for before a contract, such as replying to your enquiry and preparing a proposal; and
our service providers' own safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, where they apply.
6. How long we keep your data
Enquiries that don't become a project: up to 24 months after our last contact, then deleted.
Clients: for the length of the project and afterwards for as long as tax, accounting or legal obligations require.
Website usage data: kept in aggregate form by our website platform.
You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see section 8).
7. Cookies and analytics
We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on our website. We use our website platform's built-in analytics to see, in aggregate, how many people visit and which pages they view.
If we add advertising or analytics tools that use cookies in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
When you follow a link from our website to Instagram, Contra or another site, that site's own privacy policy applies.

correct data that is wrong or incomplete;
delete your data;
stop or limit how we use it, or object to our use based on legitimate interests;
